Withdrawals on 5ubeta are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys linked to the CPF of the registered account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. No withdrawal fees apply to any method.
Withdrawal requests go through an automatic security check. When the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the account's total deposit history, or when unusual betting patterns are detected, the 5ubeta reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before releasing payment. This process may take up to 48 business hours.
Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the corresponding rollover requirement has been fully met. Withdrawal requests submitted before the rollover is completed will result in the automatic cancellation of any unreleased bonus balance. The account's real balance (from deposits and winnings on real balance) remains available for withdrawal at any time, regardless of rollover status.

A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the 5ubeta before the event begins. Bets confirmed after a match has started in pre-game markets are automatically voided and the amount is returned to the account balance.
If an event is cancelled, suspended before completion, or postponed to a date other than the one published, all bets on that event are voided and the wagered amount is fully refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed from the slip and the odds are recalculated without it.
The 5ubeta strives to keep odds accurate at all times. If a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds significantly above market value for the same event), bets placed at those odds may be voided and the amount refunded to the user. 5ubeta will notify affected users by email within 24 hours.
The cash out feature allows you to settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current market odds and may be lower than the potential payout. Cash out is not available for all events and may be temporarily unavailable during peak traffic periods or technical instability.

General rollover rule: the rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit. For example, if you deposit R$ 100.00 and receive R$ 100.00 in Sports Betting bonus, the 5x rollover requirement is R$ 500.00 in valid bets, not R$ 1,000.00.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the user's place of domicile, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged.
